Steve Levie

Steve's sales/marketing and public relations career spans the last 35 years. The last 16 years devoted specifically to selling Florida properties for some of the nation's biggest and best residential developers. During  this time Steve has been a top producer in all the communities he has sold, representing a very broad range of builders and prices, form condos and small villas to very grand custom homes. The recipient of a multitude of top sales awards, including; numerous Diamond Awards, from the Tampa Bay Builders Association, their highest recognition. In 2004 & 2005, Steve also recorded the highest sales volume ever with the TBBA.

A Canadian by birth Steve has a first hand understanding of many of the questions one has when choosing a new home in a new country or state.

Steve chose Florida as home because like so many he fell in love with the Florida Lifestyle while on vacation, he truly enjoys living the Florida life, and helping other people, like you secure their own Florida Dream.

Steve is a very active boater with extensive Florida waterway, and waterfront property experience to share with you.
